Standup Paddle Board Yoga is a magical experience not to be missed.

On the water, we notice our body’s desire for balance.
We are given the opportunity to slow down and be truly present in the moment.
Serenaded by birdsong, we find ease in connecting with the world around us.
We breathe.
We stretch.
We progress.



  • Premium Yoga SUP board

  • Paddle board instruction 

  • 30 minutes of paddling

  • 1 hour of yoga on the water


SUP Yoga classes are held on the Canoe Canal. Meet 10 minutes prior to class at the gravel lot, off of Leo Harris Parkway, past the Science Center and just past the South Gate of Autzen Stadium.

Classes are select weekday evenings: 5:00-7:30pm

Classes are $40, boards and all gear included.
Preregistration is required. 

Other things to know…

While the water is shallow enough to stand up in,
being able to swim is required to participate.

A mask is required for on-land instruction.
Wear flip flops or other easy on and off water shoes.  We will paddle and practice yoga barefoot, but some footwear is best for walking through the parking lot.
Wear non-cotton clothing and bring an extra layer if it’s chilly out.
A hat and sunscreen are recommended.
Please bring a towel and non-glass water bottle.
A small dry bag will be available for keys and phones.
Anything else you have that you’d rather not get wet, please leave behind.
